PhormDiscover is funded via advertising – we generate revenues by increasing the advertising yield of the websites with whom we partner.
Phorm is active globally: while we are a UK listed (AIM) company, we are active as far afield as Brazil, Turkey and Romania. Our technologies are compatible with any network, our business model relevant in all markets where the internet is in use. We have strong support from advertisers and agencies, given our ability to improve the effectiveness of advertising, from websites, for whom we can increase yield, and from ISPs, who share in our revenues.
Our management team combines extensive experience in both traditional and new media, and, through emphasis on stock-based compensation, its interests are aligned with those of our shareholders.
