Kip Meek is Chairman of the Broadband Stakeholders Group and Ingenious Consulting Network. He is also a director of the Radio Centre. From 2003 until 2007, he was an Executive Board member of the UK's media and telecoms regulator, Ofcom. Previously Kip was a founding partner and Managing Director of Spectrum Strategy Consultants and a Partner at Coopers & Lybrand, where he led the Media and Telecoms practice.
