Marc Rothschild, Senior Vice President for Strategic Alliances, spearheads Phorm's corporate and product strategy initiatives with the company's partners, including Internet Service Providers (ISPs), advertisers and publishers. Marc was formerly Vice President, Strategic Alliances at AOL, where he worked closely with AOL's corporate and product teams to structure transactions with AOL's largest partners. He also served as Senior Counsel and Assistant General Counsel before assuming his role as VP. Prior to AOL, Marc was an associate with Skadden Arps Slate Meagher and Flom and more recently represented telecommunications and internet clients with the law firm of Swindler Berlin Shereff and Friendman. Marc is a graduate of the University of Michigan, and received his J.D. Cum Laude from The American University, Washington College of Law.
