Lynne Millar

Lynne Millar, Chief Financial Officer, has responsibility for global finance at Phorm. Lynne has an extensive background in finance for media, digital media, leisure, FMCG and entertainment sectors, most recently at Sony/Columbia. Prior to Sony, she was Executive Finance Director with Twentieth Century Fox for eight years. As a member of the Board she had responsibility for the development and implementation of broad business and acquisition strategy, in addition to overall planning, growth, strategy and negotiations with major investors and business partners. During her time in the entertainment media business, Lynne worked as business partner with the New Media, Production, Theatrical, Television, Acquisition, Merchandising and Licensing divisions, as well as Home Entertainment on a global basis. This period saw significant growth in profitability.
In the development and implementation of a broad new media business and acquisition strategy, Lynne was part of the News Corporation team which originally set up MySpace in Europe. Lynne was the sole non US Board Director of Fox Searchlight Productions in connection with the strategic production joint venture. Lynne was also responsible for the financial start-up of Fox News and Fox Sports in Europe. Lynne's early career was spent in the Children's toy marketing and licensing business.
Lynne holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance from the University of Bristol, England.
