Account Manager - Advertiser and Brand Partnerships US

Objective
The ideal candidate will be experienced digital media/online advertising individuals
who can account manage multiple clients, set priorities, work under pressure
and manage their time effectively. They should possess a solid understanding
of the operational/commercial issues facing online publishers/advertisers, ad
networks, exchanges and digital/ecommerce partners. In addition, this person
would be technically adept and/or familiar with online advertising technologies
and tools.
The role would appeal to a commercial account manager in a similar environment
today who is looking to be part of a dynamic, high growth company, or to a commercially
minded digital media trafficker looking to broaden their expertise and commercial
knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop commercial relationships and encourage usage and adoption of Phorm products
- Help sales team build close relationships with portfolio of agencies / advertisers
- Update and work with sales team to understand new initiatives within Phorm's products and Ad Exchange and Network Inventory
Be 'first point of contact', supporting key agencies/advertisers in creation
and management of online advertising campaigns using Phorm products
- Provide 1st line support on core Phorm products for advertisers
- Be 'expert on Phorm products for Advertisers; capable of talking clients through any elements of our products that they would use day-to-day (e.g. campaign creation, channel targeting, inventory estimation etc).
- Support advertisers in optimization of campaigns Work with internal Advertising
Operations team as well as advertisers to identify potential for improving
bid strategy, targeting, keyword metrics and overall campaign performance.
Qualifications
- Strong new media/online publishing/advertising background
- Expertise and experience in managing online adverting for advertisers/agencies
- Technically confident; able to become experts in using specific software
applications and supporting clients in the use of these applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to nurture multiple accounts at all levels
- Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work on own initiative as well
as part of a team
- Degree education or equivalent experience is essential.
