Account/Client Manager - ISP Key Accounts
Location: London, UK with some UK wide travel
Reports to: Director of ISPs
Objective
We are looking for a number of exceptional candidates willing to perform in
a fast-paced Telecoms/IP environment. The ideal candidates will be experienced
individuals who can account manage multiple clients, set priorities, work under
pressure and manage their time effectively. They should possess a solid understanding
of the technical/operational/commercial issues facing the Telco industry in
delivery of Broadband and related IP based services.
The role would appeal to a commercial account manager in a similar environment
today who is looking to be part of a dynamic, high growth company, or to a commercially
minded technical sales support/presales consultant looking to broaden their
expertise and commercial knowledge.
Primary Responsibilities
Develop commercial relationships and encourage usage and adoption of Phorm products
- Build close relationships with portfolio of UK based ISPs
- Demonstrate value in usage of Phorm products and encourage ISPs to rollout additional Phorm products
- Hold regular (e.g. 2 weekly, monthly) commercial reviews with Key accounts to manage expectations, assess usage, issues, results, opportunities following through to a positive outcome.
- Provide customer feedback to internal groups on service expectations and
performance
Be 'first point of contact' for all non technical issues
- Be 'expert users' of Phorm products for ISPs, capable of talking clients through any elements of our products that they would use day-to-day (e.g. campaign creation, channel targeting, inventory estimation etc).
- Look to wider opportunities to integrate Phorm's products
Support ISPs as required and manage escalation where necessary
- Reviewing and collating issue tickets and reporting to external contacts
- Work with internal technical deployment team to identify potential delays
in delivery
Qualifications
- 3 yrs+ experience in working in a Telecoms market with a good appreciation of Telecoms infrastructure/architecture
- Exceptional client facing ability
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proven ability to nurture multiple key relationships at all levels'
- Self-motivated, highly organized and able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Degree education or equivalent experience is a must
